Chipotle Mexican Grill in Hingham, MA is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while ensuring quality and safety. You will train Crew members and lead a clean, well-stocked kitchen that operates smoothly to deliver a great guest experience.

This role emphasizes teamwork, hands-on leadership, and upholding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy as you guide back-of-house and front-of-house teammates toward high standards and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Have restaurant experience.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house crew.
• Develop crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure the kitchen is cleaned and sanitized.
• Monitor kitchen equipment and ensure it is in good repair and fixed quickly.
• Ensure all crew and kitchen areas meet safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO documentation.
