Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Kitchen Leader in Cambridge, MA to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will supervise food quality, ordering, and training of Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders.

You will promote teamwork, ensure a safe, clean, and efficient kitchen, and support front- and back-of-house operations while maintaining high standards of guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Must speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

Responsabilités

• Cook and prep food to order, following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels, resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and well stocked.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and repaired as needed.
• Ensure safety guidelines to prevent injuries or accidents.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO documentation.
