Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Raynham is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and lead food preparation, grill meats, sauté vegetables, and train others to grow into Kitchen Leader roles. You will help maintain food quality and safety, keep a clean, well-stocked kitchen, and model strong teamwork with both back-of-house and front-of-house crews.

The role emphasizes policy adherence, efficient service, and customer experience, with opportunities to advance within the restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Maintain clear communication with Crew members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Follow Chipotle’s policies and procedures while cooking and prepping food to order.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve quality issues.
• Support teamwork between back of house and front of house crews.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, sanitation and safety guidelines are followed.
• Ensure equipment is kept in good repair and safe to use.
• Complete MSDS and Inventory Rotation (FIFO) procedures.
