Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training others to become future Kitchen Leaders. You will help ensure food quality, safety, and a clean, well-stocked kitchen, while modeling teamwork and delivering an excellent customer experience.

You will lead by example, keep equipment in good condition, and support Crew members in meeting goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food quality and inventory levels.
• Maintain clean and sanitized kitchen environment.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
