Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader in Massachusetts to learn food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training others to become Kitchen Leaders. You’ll supervise quality, safety, organization, and inventory, promoting teamwork and a great customer experience.

The role emphasizes daily hands-on work, ongoing training, and advancing crew members into leadership positions with a focus on food with integrity and exceptional service.

Competenze

• Understanding and articulation of Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience is required.

Mansioni

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and well stocked.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety guidelines are followed.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO as required.
