Qualifications

• Must have restaurant experience.
• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Following Chipotle’s policies and procedures, ensure food quality by cooking and prepping to order.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels, resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure kitchen is cleaned, sanitized, and organized.
• Monitor equipment and ensure repairs when needed.
• Ensure kitchen and Crew meet safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
• Fill out MSDS and Inventory Rotation (FIFO).
