Chipotle Mexican Grill in North Dartmouth, MA is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and lead food prep, grilling, and vegetable sautéing while training Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders. You will ensure quality, safety, cleanliness, and stock control, and serve as a role model for teamwork and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Understanding and articulation of Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Hold a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house crews.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure timely repairs as needed.
• Ensure a safe working environment and adherence to safety guidelines for all Crew.
• Complete Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Inventory Rotation (FIFO).
