Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader to guide food preparation, ensure quality and safety, and train Crew to develop into future Kitchen Leaders.

You will manage station routines, food ordering, and inventory while upholding Chipotle's Food With Integrity standards. In this fast-paced role, you’ll lead a collaborative back-of-house and front-of-house team, keep the kitchen clean and stocked, and model exceptional customer service while driving throughput and operational

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house crews.
• Develop crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Keep the kitchen clean and sanitized; maintain equipment.
• Ensure safety guidelines to prevent injuries or accidents; monitor MSDS and FIFO.
