Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, ensuring our food is absolutely delicious. You will order supplies and train crew to become future Kitchen Leaders, while maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen, and promoting teamwork for a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• Articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsabilités

• Following Chipotle policies and procedures, ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels, and resolve food quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house Crew and front of house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure kitchen is cleaned and sanitized.
• Monitor kitchen equipment and ensure it is maintained and repaired quickly.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries.
• Fill out MSDS and FIFO documentation.
