Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader to help prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training others to become future Kitchen Leaders. You will ensure quality and safety, keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well stocked, and maintain equipment in good condition.

Throughout, you’ll promote teamwork and model strong customer service, supporting both back-of-house and front-of-house crews to deliver a standout guest experience.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Hold a high school diploma and restaurant experience.

Responsabilités

• Prepare great food by cooking and prepping to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house crews.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
• Monitor equipment and arrange repairs as needed.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO inventory processes.
