Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and lead food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while ensuring quality and safety. You will order food, train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders, and promote teamwork for a great guest experience.

Responsibilities include cooking to order, maintaining cleanliness, monitoring inventory, and guiding Crew members to meet kitchen goals with strong communication and safety focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Restaurant experience is expected.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food quality, waste, and inventory levels.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Ensure kitchen is clean, sanitized, and equipment is maintained.
