Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and supervise food preparation, grilling meats, and sautéing vegetables. You will train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders while maintaining quality, safety, and a welcoming customer experience.

You’ll lead back- and front-of-house teams, ensure cleanliness, manage inventory, and uphold Chipotle’s standards. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order following kitchen procedures.
