Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, while training others to become future Kitchen Leaders. You will ensure food quality, safety, and that the kitchen is clean, organized, stocked, and well‑maintained.

You will be a role model for Crew, promote teamwork, and help colleagues reach station goals. You will communicate with crew and customers to ensure excellent service and throughput.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsabilités

• Learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables.
• Ensure food quality by following kitchen procedures and preventing waste.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen.
• Train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Promote teamwork between back of house and front of house crews.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed and equipment is well maintained.
