Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is hiring Kitchen Leaders to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will order food and train others to become future Kitchen Leaders, promoting teamwork and a great customer experience.

You will ensure quality, safety, and a clean, well-stocked kitchen throughout shifts. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and restaurant experience, with a commitment to Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy and strong teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
