Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders while ensuring quality and a clean, well-stocked kitchen.

You’ll promote teamwork and a great customer experience, working on the floor to meet station goals, while supporting safety and inventory management across the kitchen. This role offers growth opportunities and competitive pay including benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.

Responsabilités

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of houseCrew.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and organized; ensure equipment is maintained.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries.
• Fill out MSDS and manage FIFO for inventory.
