Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and execute high-quality food preparation, grilling meats, and sautéing vegetables while training others to rise into leadership roles.

You will help ensure food quality and safety, keep the kitchen clean and stocked, and mentor Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders. The role emphasizes teamwork and delivering a great customer experience in a fast-paced setting.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prep to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the kitchen.
