Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Kitchen Leader to learn and execute food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders, maintain clean and stocked kitchens, and promote teamwork to deliver a great customer experience.

The role emphasizes food safety, equipment upkeep, and efficient station management. On‑the‑clock, you’ll stay active and contribute to meeting goals and delivering high quality meals.

Qualificações

• Have restaurant experience.
• Understand food quality and kitchen operations.
• Demonstrate the ability to follow policies and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team and customers.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare food to order and follow kitchen procedures.
• Monitor waste and inventory; resolve quality issues.
• Support team dynamics between back and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew and customers for great service.
• Keep kitchen clean, sanitized, and properly stocked.
• Maintain equipment and promptly address malfunctions.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed and MSDS/FIFO maintained.
• Assist with training and daily station goals.
