Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and oversee food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training Crew to grow into Kitchen Leaders. You’ll ensure quality, safety, cleanliness, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment, promoting teamwork and delivering a great guest experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, coaching team members, and upholding Chipotle’s standards and procedures to drive throughput and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Restaurant experience is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order and maintain kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food quality and inventory, resolve issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure service.
• Keep kitchen clean, sanitized, and well stocked.
• Maintain equipment and ensure quick repairs when needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
