Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and supervise the preparation of great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will train others to become future Kitchen Leaders, ensure quality and safety, and maintain a clean, well-stocked kitchen.

The role emphasizes teamwork, working with Crew members to reach station goals, and promoting an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location (English).
• Restaurant experience and willingness to train others.

Responsabilités

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house crews.
• Develop crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well stocked; maintain equipment in good condition.
• Ensure all crew meet safety guidelines to prevent injuries or accidents.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO processes.
