Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Kitchen Leader to learn and master food preparation, grilling, and sautéing, while training crew to become future Kitchen Leaders. You will ensure food quality, safety, and inventory control, and uphold Chipotle’s standards for a fast, friendly guest experience.

You will lead by example on a busy line, mentor teammates, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked kitchen, while promoting teamwork and efficiency across the restaurant.

Competenze

• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Mansioni

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house crews.
• Develop crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with crew and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Monitor equipment and coordinate repairs when needed.
• Ensure safety guidelines to prevent injuries or accidents.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO inventory rotation documentation.
