Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking team members to support multiple kitchen stations including Chip, Grill, Shake, Southwest, and Expo. The role involves prep, portioning, and ensuring food safety, quality, and timely service.

The position requires reliable team players with strong communication and the ability to maintain a high pace in a fast‑paced restaurant environment. Training will cover sanitation, product specs, and shift protocols.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of proper sanitation, food safety, and security procedures.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skill in time management and organization with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to take direction and execute team and company objectives.
• Knowledge of specs, cook times, plate presentation, etc.

Responsibilities

• Prep and portion items according to shift needs.
• Operate chip, grill, shake, southwest and expo stations with adherence to SOPs.
• Maintain clean, sanitized workstations and proper storage.
• Follow FIFO and proper waste tracking per procedures.
• Support shift change tasks including stocking and equipment checks.
