Job summary

Qualifications

• Know proper sanitation, food safety and security procedures.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organization with attention to detail.
• Ability to take direction and work as a team.
• Familiarity with food specs, cook times and plate presentation.
• Experience with CSK/KDU/ticket order management system.

Responsibilities

• Prep and portion items per MOD, tracking waste per procedures.
• Chip station: fry chips, wedges and onion rings; maintain fryers and colders.
• Grill station: prepare grilled items and ensure proper portions.
• Shake station: maintain sauces, buckets, and pumps; keep warm holding drawers on.
