Job summary

• Knowledge of sanitation, food safety, and security procedures.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skill in time management and organization with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to take direction and execute team and company objectives.
• Knowledge of specs, cook times, plate presentation, etc.
• CSK/KDU/ticket order management system

Responsibilities

• Prep and portion items according to the shift needs.
• Ensure containers, fill lines, FIFO/FDIR compliance.
• Clean, sanitize and store prep items after use.
• Portion items per MOD requirements.
• Track waste on Waste Sheet per procedures.
• Chip station: prep fried chips, wedges, onion rings; maintain fryers and oil quality.
• Grill station: prepare grilled items; follow prep sheets and station charts.
• Shake station: clean and fill pumps; manage sauce buckets and holding temps.
• Southwest station: prep wraps, salads; stock cold rail.
• Expo station: coordinate kitchen and front-of-house; ensure presentation and timeliness.
• Shift change: stock and clean stations; maintain buckets; notify issues; follow FIFO/LDIR; help others.
