Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in East Peoria, IL is hiring for multi-station prep roles across Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest, and Expo stations. You will prep, portion, maintain sanitation, and follow FIFO and company procedures to ensure quality.

The position requires at least 16 years old, prior restaurant or retail experience preferred. Candidates should be reliable, fast-paced, and able to work in a busy kitchen with strict cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of proper sanitation, food safety, and security procedures.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skill in time management and organization with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to take direction and execute team and company objectives.
• Knowledge of specs, cook times, plate presentation, etc.

Responsibilities

• Prep and portion items according to MOD requirements and FIFO guidelines.
• Maintain and sanitize prep areas and equipment; follow container and fill-line rules.
• Portion items per packaging charts and MOD instructions; track waste.
• Prepare fried chips, wedges, and onion rings and maintain fryers and oil quality.
• Prepare grilled items according to prep sheets and station charts; keep workstations sanitary.
• Ensure sauce pumps, buckets, shakers are clean and functional; monitor wing holding temperature.
• Handle shifts: stock stations, change soap/sanitizer, assist other stations as needed.
