Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prep, portion, and stage items according to station needs and Prep Sheets.
• Maintain station cleanliness and sanitation, and track waste as required.
• Operate chip, grill, shake, southwest, and expo stations per guidelines.
• Assist with FIFO, temperature controls, and quality presentation.
• Support other stations and communicate effectively with the MOD and team.
