Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Mattoon, IL is seeking kitchen team members to support the prep, line, and board production across Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest and Expo stations. You will follow prep sheets, fill lines, and keep a clean, safe workstation while adhering to FIFO and Waste Sheet procedures.

The role emphasizes accurate portioning, proper sanitation, teamwork, and timely communication with the MOD to ensure high-quality meals are served to guests.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sanitation, food safety, and security procedures.

• Knowledge of specs, cook times, plate presentation, etc.
• CSK/KDU/ticket order management system.

Responsibilities

• Prep and portion items according to shift needs.
• Maintain sanitation, fill lines, and follow FIFO guidelines.
• Operate Chip, Grill, Shake, Southwest and Expo stations.
• Track waste on Waste Sheet per company procedures.
• Help other stations as needed and support MOD.
