Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Sterling, IL is seeking team members for multiple kitchen stations, including Chip, Grill, Shake, Southwest, and Expo. You will follow MOD instructions, maintain sanitation, and assist with shift changes to ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Prior restaurant/retail experience preferred
• Knowledge of sanitation and food safety practices
• Ability to follow directions and work as a team

Responsibilities

• Prep and portion items as directed by MOD
• Maintain proper containers, fill lines, FIFO/FDIR
• Keep prep areas clean and sanitary
• Portion items per packaging charts
• Track waste using Waste Sheet
• Prepare fried chips, wedges, and onion rings
• Maintain fryers, oil, and cleanliness of chip station
• Prepare grilled items per prep sheets and charts
• Manage sauce pumps and buckets, ensure cleanliness
• Prepare wraps, salads, and other items for the Southwest station
• Coordinate food presentation and quality at the expo station
• Assist with station changes and keep to FIFO during shifts
• Follow the expeditor role to ensure timely service
