Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion items according to MOD and station guidelines.
• Maintain sanitation and clean workstations; follow FIFO and WRIST procedures.
• Operate chip, grill, shake, southwest and expo stations as needed.
• Assist with line changes, waste tracking, and equipment cleanliness.
• Support other stations and ensure timely, quality food delivery.
