Buffalo Wild Wings in Zionsville, IN is hiring for a kitchen positions supporting Chip, Grill, Shake, Southwest, and Expo stations. Responsibilities include prep, portioning, station sanitation, and coordination with the MOD to ensure timely food delivery.

The role emphasizes adherence to food safety standards, accurate portioning, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with opportunities to grow within the team.

Formación

• Knowledge of proper sanitation, food safety, and security procedures.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow directions and execute team and company objectives.
• Knowledge of specs, cook times, plate presentation, etc.
• CSK/KDU/ticket order management system experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and portion menu items per shift needs.
• Maintain sanitation and proper filling lines; follow FIFO.
• Operate Chip, Grill, Shake, Southwest, and Expo stations safely.
• Cook and monitor fryers; manage oil quality.
• Assist with station changes and ensure timely food delivery.
• Adhere to company standards and assist other stations when needed.
