Job summary

Wingmen V Llc is hiring for a multi-station kitchen role at our Indianapolis restaurant. The position involves preparing and producing Buffalo Wild Wings menu items across Chip, Grill, Shake, Southwest and Expo stations, with strict adherence to sanitation, yield, and temperature controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years of age (State Minor Laws Supersede).
• Preferred: Prior experience working in restaurant or retail environment.
• Knowledge of sanitation, food safety, and security procedures.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prep and portion items according to MOD requirements.
• Maintain sanitation and FIFO procedures, track waste per company standards.
• Operate and balance multiple stations (Chip, Grill, Shake, Southwest, Expo).
• Monitor equipment cleanliness and temperature controls; report issues to MOD.
