Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Indianapolis is hiring for a line cook-focused role spanning Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest, and Expo stations. Responsibilities

• Prep and Portion items according to MOD’s requirements.
• Chip Station preparation and fryers maintenance.
• Grill Station preparation and cleaning duties.
• Shake Station sauce management and equipment readiness.
• Southwest Station preparation of wraps, salads, and related items.
• Expo Station coordination between kitchen and front of house for quality and timeliness.
• Shift Change: clean, stock, and ensure FIFO/LDIR practices are followed.
