Job summary

WDC Kitchen & Bath Center in Southern California is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to provide best-in-class customer experiences in our showroom environment. You will respond to inquiries, build proposals, and capture order data while striving to exceed monthly sales goals.

The role requires at least two years in a goal-oriented sales setting, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication. Expect a competitive base pay plus a bonus structure, with health benefits and retirement

Qualifications

• At least two years working in a goal-oriented sales environment.
• Proven customer-facing experience or customer service background.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear verbal and written communication; strong listening skills.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED; availability for full-time schedule (40 hours).

Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to sales inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Attend ongoing product training to stay current on offerings.
• Build proposals and quotes reflecting customer needs.
• Capture client data and sales order information using company tools.
• Cultivate rapport to generate return and referral opportunities.
• Achieve monthly development and sales goals; work as a team.
