The role demands 2+ years in sales, strong communication, and 40 hours weekly across shifts, including weekends; customer-facing experience is essential, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a goal-oriented sales environment.
• 1 year of customer service or customer-facing experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week across shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Respond to sales inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Attend ongoing product training to stay current.
• Build proposals and quotes tailored to customer needs.
• Capture client data and sales orders using company tools.
• Develop relationships to foster return and referrals.
• Aim to achieve monthly sales goals.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive work environment.
• Support store operations, including weekends and some holidays.
