The role involves responding to inquiries, building quotes, and maintaining client data while pursuing monthly sales targets. Weekend shifts and customer-focused service are expected.

Qualifications

• At least two years working in a goal-oriented sales environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer tasks.
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week across weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to sales inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Attend ongoing product training to stay current.
• Build proposals and quotes tailored to customer needs.
• Capture client data and sales orders using company tools.
• Cultivate relationships to generate return business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly sales development and targets.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive store environment.
• Support opening/closing procedures and occasional after-hours events.
