WDC Kitchen & Bath Center is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant in Southern California. The role focuses on delivering best-in-class client experience, driving sales, and partnering with team members to achieve store goals.

Qualifications

• Two years in a goal-oriented sales environment.
• One year of customer service or customer-facing environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication; active listening.
• Minimum High school diploma or GED.
• Availability to work 5 weekly shifts totaling 40 hours per week (typical shifts 9:30am–6:00pm).
• General showroom environment; ability to sit/stand/walk and use computer/phone.

Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, email, or in person.
• Attend on-going training courses to stay current on products.
• Build proposals and quotes reflecting customer needs.
• Capture client data and sales order information using company tools.
• Cultivate relatability and reliability with each customer connection.
• Achieve monthly development and sales goals.
• Work as a team player to create a positive, supportive environment.
• Participate in regular shifts to cover store hours, including weekends and some holidays.
• Cooperate in all store activities, including opening/closing and occasional after-hours events.
