KidStrong is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead center operations, sales, and staff development. You will drive key metrics, deliver exceptional family experiences, and supervise coaching teams while collaborating with the General Manager.

You’ll manage athletic and educational programming for ages walking through 11, ensuring safety, data tracking, and program quality, with a schedule that includes weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching children 15 months to 11 years old.
• Able to obtain Coach Certification through HQ Training.
• Proficient with LearnUpon for staff development.
• CPR certification required.
• Previous management experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee center KPIs and financials to drive decisions.
• Maintain strong relationships with families and ensure customer service.
• Lead center initiatives: maintenance, branding, training.
• Schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend per center needs.
• Sell and schedule events (camps, parties) to boost profitability.
• Coach students with curriculum focusing on brain, physical, and character development.
