KidStrong Northern Pennsylvania is hiring an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in driving center performance, coaching excellence, and family satisfaction. The role emphasizes culture, learning, and delivering key business results such as sales and attrition reduction.

Responsibilities include operations oversight, event scheduling, lead management, and staff development for a dynamic kids’ fitness center. This is a part-time position with weekend flexibility.

Qualifikationen

• Athletic or coaching background with experience working with kids aged 6 months to 11 years.
• Coach Certification through HQ Training and Certification.
• Training via KidStrong University as required by HQ team.
• Pediatric OT/PT background is a plus but not required.
• Previous management experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Google and Microsoft platforms.

Aufgaben

• Understand KPIs and financials to guide decisions.
• Build relationships with families and maintain exceptional customer service.
• Oversee center initiatives: maintenance, branding, training.
• Daily/weekly/monthly cleaning and maintenance.
• Sell and schedule events to maximize profitability.
• Part-time schedule of 25–30 hours per week.
• Lead, onboard, train, and evaluate coaching candidates.
• Support professional development of staff via LearnUpon.
