Job summary

KidStrong is seeking an Assistant General Manager to be second in command at the center. You will partner with the General Manager to foster a culture of learning and growth for coaches and families, drive sales and member retention, and coach classes weekly.

You will run the center as manager on duty when the GM is off, lead staffing and events, and ensure every child and family has an exceptional experience. The role requires energy, organization, and strong communication with parents.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience is a strong plus.
• Management experience is preferred but not required.
• CPR certification, or willingness to get certified within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Coach kids from crawling to ~11 years old using KidStrong curriculum.
• Run center as manager on duty when GM is off.
• Support center sales and member retention initiatives.
• Lead coaching staff and support onboarding and training.
• Maintain center operations, scheduling, and communication with parents.
