Job summary

KidStrong seeks an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager and lead a center focused on learning and growth for coaches and families. You will coach classes, run the center on duty, and ensure every child and family has an exceptional experience while driving memberships.

Ideal candidates bring confidence talking with parents, sales experience, and a willingness to earn CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Confidence talking with parents about memberships and programs.
• Customer service or sales experience is a strong plus.
• Management experience is preferred but not required.
• CPR certification, or willingness to get certified within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Coaching (about 5–10 hours per week).
• Run the center as manager on duty when the GM is off.
• Drive sales and member retention and turn conversations into memberships.
• Coach kids using our curriculum focused on brain, physical and character development.
• Oversee center operations, scheduling and safety.
