Job summary

KidStrong is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a high-performing center, coach a team, and energize the community. You’ll work with the General Manager to run daily operations, ensure safety and quality, and embody the KidStrong culture.

This role focuses on developing staff, driving membership, and delivering the science-based curriculum to children aged crawling through 11. Evening and weekend availability is required; CPR/AED is preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a center or team in a service or education setting.
• Ability to coach and develop staff while maintaining high energy.
• Strong communication with families and staff.
• CPR/AED certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• Evenings and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver KidStrong curriculum to kids ages crawling–11 in energetic 45-minute classes.
• Develop Brain, Physical, and Character in every session.
• Demonstrate movements and ensure safety and progression.
• Build strong relationships with kids and families.
• Communicate curriculum concepts clearly to families.
• Track attendance and student data using the Coach App.
• Maintain center culture and coaching quality.
• Onboard, train, and evaluate coaching candidates.
• Oversee scheduling and event coordination.
• Drive membership growth through lead management and trials.
