Job summary

KidStrong is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a high-energy center, coach kids ages crawling to 11, and partner with the GM to drive growth and culture. You'll manage daily operations, develop a team of coaches, engage families, and execute strategies to boost membership while delivering KidStrong's brain, physical, and character curriculum with enthusiasm and care.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for working with kids.
• High energy and strong presence with families.
• Comfort discussing child development with parents.
• Athletic or coaching background with kids crawling–11.
• CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain).
• Availability for evenings and weekends.
• Physically active and able to move equipment up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver KidStrong curriculum to kids crawling–11 in 45-min sessions.
• Develop Brain, Physical, and Character in every session.
• Demonstrate movements, ensure safety, and progress kids.
• Build relationships with kids and families.
• Explain curriculum rationale clearly to families.
• Use Coach App to track attendance and data.
