Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to assist the management team in growing our brand and delivering best-in-class service. You will oversee store operations, mentor staff, and help drive sales while ensuring compliance with alcohol laws and safety standards.

The role emphasizes leading by example and maintaining a welcoming, knowledgeable store atmosphere. You will report to store management, support merchandising and front-end operations, resolve customer issues, and help achieve KPIs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ year of proven experience in a supervisory role within a retail setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with the point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead service team and support front-end operations.
• Support training and development for store staff.
