Total Wine & More in Humble, TX is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations, drive sales, and deliver best-in-class service. You will lead the service team, coach peers, and ensure a welcoming, knowledgeable atmosphere while maintaining compliance with alcohol regulations.

This role requires 1–3 years in retail with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity; a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, 1+ year of supervisory role in retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations; drive sales and meet KPIs.
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming store atmosphere; resolve customer issues.
• Supervise team members and support their training and development.
• Ensure adherence to laws and regulations related to sale of alcohol; maintain a safe store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards throughout the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
