Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to assist store management in growing our brand and delivering best-in-class service. You will lead a service-focused team, ensure regulatory compliance, and support training while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

The role requires 1+ year supervisory retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Compensation aligns with industry pay ranges and Total Wine & More benefits, including total rewards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience in retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support store management and help build a sales and service culture.
• Lead by example to deliver best-in-class service.
• Supervise team members and support training and development.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol laws and store safety standards.
• Assist with service team, merchandising and front-end operations.
