Job summary

Rothy’s is seeking a part-time Keyholder in San Antonio to help deliver a service‑first culture on the sales floor and support smooth store operations. You’ll serve as a role model, coach peers in the moment, and step in as Manager on Duty to ensure brand standards and values are reflected in every interaction.

You will lead customer experiences, drive sales, and build strong customer relationships while supporting onboarding, training, and in‑store events.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience, ideally with some leadership responsibility.
• Experience supporting operational tasks such as merchandising, shipment, or stockroom leadership.
• Ability to stand/walk an entire shift.
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week, with peak and non-peak days as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model Rothy’s Experience through exceptional service on the sales floor.
• Drive personal and team sales results by delivering the Rothy’s Experience to customers.
• Coach peers and participate in team selling and onboarding/training.
• Support in-store events, visual merchandising, and store operations as Manager on Duty when assigned.
