Torrid in Albany, NY seeks a proactive Keyholder to support store leadership, open/close procedures, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

You will lead by example in selling, customer service, and product knowledge, help execute merchandise strategies, keep a clean, welcoming store, and run register functions to boost add-on sales. Flexibility for holidays, nights, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty/apparel retail management with proven team leadership and sales results.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and ability to adapt to changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to achieve store KPIs and company objectives.
• Demonstrate selling skills and provide outstanding customer service to foster loyalty.
• Support merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
• Handle register duties and drive add-on sales through product knowledge.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is unavailable.
• Maintain flexibility to work holidays, nights, and weekends.
