Job summary

Torrid in Montgomery, AL seeks a Keyholder to support store management and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will help achieve KPI goals, model Torrid selling skills, and assist with merchandising while keeping the store inviting and organized.

Responsibilities include operating registers, driving add-on sales, and stepping in as acting Manager on Duty when needed; a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience preferably in a similar role with proven ability to lead teams to success and proven sales performance
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment while creating an amazing customer experience
• Fashion-forward mindset and ability to stay on top of trends

Responsibilities

• In partnership with management team, ensure store is achieving company objectives and KPI goals
• Set the example for Torrid through selling skills and customer service to drive loyalty
• Support management in merchandising strategies while maintaining a clean and inviting store environment
• Perform register functions using sales, promotions and product knowledge to drive add-on sales
• Assume responsibility of all store operations when Store Management is out of the store as acting Manager on Duty
• Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of holidays, nights and weekends
