Job summary

Torrid in Broomfield, CO seeks a dedicated Keyholder to support store management and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will help with opening/closing duties, lead by example in selling and service, and contribute to merchandising while ensuring a clean, inviting environment.

Responsibilities include register practices, driving add-on sales, and stepping in as Manager on Duty when needed. A flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and tasks.
• Fashion awareness and chic, customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to store management and assist with daily operations.
• Lead by example in selling skills and customer service.
• Assist with merchandising and maintain a clean, inviting store.
• Process register transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Act as Manager on Duty when the store manager is unavailable.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
