Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates on the sales floor, ensuring a quality in-store experience and driving daily sales. You’ll act as Floor Supervisor, coach teammates, and uphold brand culture.

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, operating POS, fulfilling OMNI channel orders, maintaining visual displays, analyzing reports, and protecting store assets. Flexible schedule; part-time hours with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required.
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends; energetic and assertive.
• Take initiative; adaptable and flexible; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
