Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to serve as Floor Supervisor on the sales floor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure effective store operations. The role focuses on delivering quality customer experiences, coaching teams, and driving daily sales performance on the floor.

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, POS operation, processing omni-channel orders, product knowledge display, and inventory control while upholding company culture and values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Supervisory/management experience not required, but leading groups is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
